Use the Forgot Password? link on the
login page. Enter your corporate email and you will receive a reset link within a few minutes.
The link is valid for 30 minutes. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder
or contact the helpdesk directly.
Accounts are automatically locked after 10 consecutive failed login attempts.
The lock is lifted automatically after 15 minutes, or immediately upon a successful
password reset. If the issue persists, contact the helpdesk by phone or email.
Download the VPN client (version 5.1.0) from the Documents section.
Use your corporate email and portal password as credentials.

For issues, contact the helpdesk with your employee ID and OS version.
Submit a request via email to helpdesk@elbrustech.ru
with the subject line "Equipment / Software Request".
Include your full name, department, and a brief justification.
All requests must be approved by your line manager before processing.
Standard lead time is 5–10 business days.
Do not click any links or attachments.
Forward the email as an attachment to
security@elbrustech.ru and
delete it from your inbox. Report the incident immediately via phone if you
believe you may have already interacted with a phishing message.
SSO access is provisioned by the IT department. To request SSO for your account or
a group of users, contact helpdesk@elbrustech.ru
with the subject line "SSO Access Request".
